Suggest Remedies For Abdominal Cramps

Question: Hi sir im getting stomach cramps not all the time but when i get them i feel i need to go for a number 2 but when i go toilet sometimes its just clear and also i have had sex with my partner anal without a condom so im worried that i might have a uti ? So what fo you think if could be please ?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Abdominal cramps and nothing in stools is likely a gastric discomfort. Take some pepto, use yogurt , peppermint and soft diet for a while, avoid smoking, beer, alcohol, soda, fatty & spicy foods, processed and canned foods,

As far as unprotected sex is concerned, If you have UTI symptoms get a urine test. If the status of the partner is unknown, get tested for all STDs as well.

Thank you verry much im not realy getting simptons of uti but may be im pannicking and thinking the other problem is connected with uti
