Brief Answer:
acute dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to see that you are having a rash along your belt line. The image you uploaded shows local redness and your area of scratching. This looks like contact dermatitis. This is caused from skin sensitivity possibly from detergent or fabric softeners. I would recommend first using topical hydrocortisone to help the itch and reduce the redness. Then I recommend changing your detergent to a hypoallergenic variety and stop using any fabric softeners. Once you do this your overall reaction should resolve.

In summary
1. contact dermatitis
2. Hydrocortisone cream 2-4 times daily till resolved
3. Stop all fabric softeners
4. Change to hypoallergenic detergent

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
