Question: Hi: I have a bulge at my upper abdomen just below my sternum, protrudes when I do a sit up,
can that be repaired?

Possible hernia

Hi and welcome.
It sounds to me like possible ventral hernia or diastasis recti. These both are protrusion of intrabdominal content through abdominal wall. This is not serious and can be repaired surgically so you should consult abdominal surgeon about this.
