Question: Hello Doctor,

I have a bad stomach since two days.No diarrhea.Bloating,Spasms and irritation. Not able to clear the bowel.

My history :I have IBS since 5 years and do take MEBASPA sometimes and COLOSPA & ENTEROGERMIA in the morning sometimes.I have stopped taking it for sometime now.

I take the above medications when the things are really bad.

At present i want to get back to normal ,not sure if its some kind of infection since am having food outside for 3 to 4 days now.

Do you have any other symptoms like fever, etc? From the symptoms that you have described you seem to have developed flare up symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Eating outside food increase symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.

Take following advice:
Avoid outside food.
Take more soluble fiber like ispagula husk, laxative tablet and lactobacilli supplements.
Drink plenty of cleaner water.
Avoid stress and do yoga, walking and swimming regularly.
