Question: i constantley get bladder infections is there anything i can do to prevent them.

Following preventive measures can be helpful:

1) Drink plenty of water - 2.5 to 3 lit per day.

2) Take URINE ALKALISER to reduce bacterial load.

3) Take cranberry juice (one glass) regularly.

4) Maintain genital hygiene properly (during sexual activity also).

5) Proper hand wash each time after toilet - from front to back.

6) Empty bladder in time when urge to urinate.

7) Avoid unprotected sex until problem is resolved.

8) Avoid chemical subs/ soap/ perfume around genital region.

9) Wear clean-cotton underwear only.

10) Partner's urine test should be done to avoid repeated infection (if sexually active).
