Brief Answer:
Advice to take calcium supplements and avoid Gluten in diet

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Muscle cramps in people with Celiac disease is usually due to decreased calcium levels, owing to the decreased intestinal absorption.
You can take over the counter calcium supplements (1000 mg) to restore adequate calcium.
It is also important to avoid gluten in your diet.
Apply heat on the muscle and stretching to help relieve the cramps.
If all these measures fail, You can take Flexeril to prevent muscle cramps. Flexeril is only available with prescription.
