Question: My daughter refuses to have fresh fruits. She is a fussy eater and am worried that she is not getting the required vitamins present in fruits.
Must I start her on a Multi Vitamin drops/syrup? Please advise.

Brief Answer:
You can supplement with multivitamins

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

Children of this age are very choosy regarding their feeds. They prefer to play instead of eating.
As this is a growing period balanced diet with adequate minerals and multivitamin is needed.
If she dislikes whole fruits, you can give fruit juice instead.
Green vegetables are also a very good source of vitamins and minerals you can add them to the home foods.Keep trying giving fruits also.Take her to the shop and let her choose fruits of her own choice.
Also giving multivitamin supplements would be helpful. Most of the vitamins are water soluble and do not cause any harm as excess gets excreted in urine.
Give her frequent small meals rich in calorie and nutrients.Avoid junk foods, chocolates and carbonated drinks as they decreases the appetite.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
Wishing for your baby's good health.
Thanks and regards

Any of the multivitamin syrups will do. It would be better if you get it prescribed by your physician so that you can get it nearby.
