Question: Is there any over the counter drugs/pills for enlarging arteries besides the meds for enlarging the artery to the penis for sex.

Sildenafil is an over the counter drug in certain countries. Check in your local pharmacy. However I see a reason to worry as you seem to have heart issues and age over 80 years. It is not recommended for you.

Apart from this drug there is no other pill that is over the counter that can help you without harming you.
