Brief Answer:

Allergic rash.

Detailed Answer:

Hi!

I have gone carefully through your query. I have checked the attached image and it seems that the rashes are due to allergic cause.

You need to give:
1. Some antiallergic like Cetirizine drops once daily for the next few days.

2. Atarax Drops (Hydroxizine) is a prescription medicine that can be given instead.

3. You may also apply some emollient like Calamine lotion or moisturizer like Aloe vera lotion.

Hope I have answered your query.
