Brief Answer:
Kindly give some more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM.

Itching can be due to causes like a fungal infection,allergic/contact dermatitis, scabies etc.The correct diagnosis needs a more detailed history and a direct inspection.
Anyhow, kindly give the following details,so that I can have a better idea.

1)Is the itching present through the day?Any difference between night and day time?
2)Is there any visible lesion/rash?If,kindly try uploading a good quality photo.
3)Did the itching respond to Zole-F cream, and again recurred?or no response at all?
4)If married, any such issues for your spouse?
5)Any medical illnesses like diabetes?

Waiting for your reply.
Thank you.

Hi Doctor,

Thanks you so much for responding quickly, Appreciate for your response....

My daily activity is to got to gym morning or evening session, last year the itching is erased due to over sweating. It was started slowly on center of buttocks and spread over to thighs after few months. So, initially used the ring guard and itch guard and later on friend's suggestion applied zole-F but i think there is no use of it. Please give me the better solution so i am very hurry on this issue.

1. There is no difference night and day time, all day it was same. Wake up morning is more compared to all the day.

2. I have uploaded two photos as requested.

3. No, some times it was relief after applying. After 2 -3 days it was started again.

4. My spouse didn't faced and it was not yet spread till now.

5. I am perfectly alright...

Brief Answer:
Fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for the information.

So your complaints started from excessive sweating. It started at the center ant spread slowly. All these features, along with the typical appearance on the picture suggests a diagnosis of fungal infection(tinea). You need not worry. This is a well treatable condition, though the course will take around 2 months to complete.

The treatment includes antifungal creams like clotrimazole, ketaconazole etc applied twice daily.Treatment will take about 6-8 weeks for complete recovery.Itching will be relieved after 1-2 weeks of application;but to prevent recurrence,we have to continue the treatment for few more weeks.Antihistamine tablets like levocetirezine will help itching during initial 5-7 days.If the lesion is extensive,we may need to add oral antifungals like fluconazole also.
Also,it is better to check your blood sugar.

A dermatologist can guide you through treatment.
Meanwhile, keep the are always clean and dry as far possible.Moisture promotes fungal growth. Also,it is better to dry inner wears under direct sunlight.
