Question: I've had a rash on my stomach for about 3 months. Can you tell me what it might be, and if there's anything over-the-counter I could use to treat it?

Brief Answer:
Fungal skin infection, apply anti fungal agent

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have seen the attached pictures.
You seem to have developed a fungal infection of skin called tinea infection .
It is a common skin infection which occurs most commonly over the lower abdomen and the groin region.
Apply a topical anti fungal cream like canestan cream over the affected areas twice a day.
Do not apply any other moisturising creams or oil over the affected areas.
Use the medicine regularly for at least two weeks.
I am sure the infection would get better with treatment.
