Brief Answer:
Ciprofloxacin is most commonly used.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your anxiety.

If you've severe phimosis, surgery is in your interest.

If it's a partial phimosis, you may try a 5 day course of antibiotic.
In that case, the most commonly used is Ciprofloxacin.

Maintain good penile hygiene.
Hope you've no more doubts.

Brief Answer:
partly retractable foreskin, is partial phimosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,

In complete phimosis, the foreskin can't be retracted back at all.
Surgical treatment is best treatment.

In partial phimosis, the foreskin can be retracted, partly over the head of penis.
This situation may not require a surgical treatment.
Medical treatment can be tried for such cases.

Hope your doubts are cleared.
Wish you well.
