I understand your concern.
Adult phimosis can be treated conservatively or surgically.
No tablets or capsules are found to be useful. However, local application of steroids for 4-6 weeks with gentle stretching of foreskin are useful in some individuals. 0.05% or 0.1% Betamethasone ointments used couple of times daily gives good results.
But if it is ineffective, surgical interventions in form of circumcision or in some cases, frenuloplasty is required.
