Brief Answer:
You are most probably having URTI with allergic PND

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having upper respiratory tract infection(URTI) with allergic post nasal discharge (PND) .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily like Triguard,
Plenty of fluids ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily like solspre,
tab paracetamol 650mg twice daily for throat pain,
Antibiotic azithromycin 500mg in morning &
Antihistaminic levocetirizine at night.

Continue doxolin M.

You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription for antibiotics.

You will get relief.

Hope this information helpful to you. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
