Question: All the drug addicts of this world has made it very tough to get pain medication. I wake up every morning in pain. I have a
herniated disk and an "aging" neck. I'm always sore all over. I'm making an appointment to see a bone doctor Monday. I still don't think he can help me because the receptionist told me " he doesn't deal with back problems." I want him to test my bones for some really weird disease, because I'm sure something's wrong with my bones. I've been to a
rheumatologist, and he gave me to cordisone shots in my thigh, which was really sore. I could bareley walk at the time, but now my thigh feels wonderful. Imagine two shots in one month. My problem is whenever I call him, he doesn't return my phone call. I know he's really busy, but I think it's rude not to return at least one phone call. He's located in Boston at Boston Medical center. I guess I'll have to make another appointment with him. I've had
vicodin, and I can go all day after taking fifteen milligrams . I know it sounds like a lot, but I was taking ten mg. per my Dr., but fifteen really does the trick. My PCP doesn't want to give me more because he thinkds he mioght get in trouble. Until I find out what my problem actually is, I need some help. I don't want to be super woman, but, I still need to clean house and take care of My daughter who still lives here at twenty three and also a neice who is four yrs, old,who I've had custody of for three years. Oh, and I can't forget my dog who I've had for fourteen years. He needs to go for walks and most of the time I can't even do that.
