Question: I am having trouble with my bone.I have pain in my almost all joints and is increasing definitely when I increase on eating sweet.The joint flexibility is normal and they are not swollen but it is hot and pain vary from my general condition.I did check on rheumatic reaction but didn't show anything.So I stopped to ask a doctor. But with age pain is much more visible and worrying.In childhood, i have been often sik for angina pus with high temperature and need to stay all week in bed this also gave me a big pain in the bones in all over my body and i thing is having a connection with my current trouble.What should i do to prevent further damage to my body?What kind of examination should i take? Pain is almost constant is like still present even i can walk run but is more difficult when i start to exercise the hips are really painful in v.e. Joga v

You can ask for serum calcium vitamin D3 levels CRP and RA factor and X-ray of affected joints. The pain reaction in joints can be related to dietary deficiency or arthritis. Proper examination and investigations can find out the cause.
