Brief Answer:
Diet modification, mild lifestyle changes

Detailed Answer:
Hello, greetings!
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your reports. All the reports are mostly normal, except that you have a fatty liver and liver enzymes are mildly elevated. Since you are a non alcoholic, the most probable reason would be non alcoholic liver disease. Viral hepatitis can also be a reason, but since you haven't mentioned any symptoms, I presume you are free from it.

You need to do diet modification, avoid foods high in saturated fat and high cholesterol levels like butter, ghee, deep dried stuff and non vegetarian food. You may consume food rich in omega fatty acids like fish and nuts.
Moderate exercise of around 30 minutes in the form of brisk walking or swimming will be beneficial. You may take a tablet of ursodeoxycholic acid after consultation with your treating doctor.

You may undergo a lipid profile test after 3 months and review with reports. Hope this helps you. If you have any further doubts/clarifications, please feel free to contact.
regards, Dr. Sonia
