Suggest Medication For Dyslexia

Question: My son is a dentist & wife school teacher. They have 3 children; 2 girls 1 boy and another on the way. The girls have been with the same condition. Is there a medication of anything that can help the children.
My son was dsylecia and attented school in XXXXXXX He we never able to hold a job and life was hard for him. He fell out of a pecan tree last XXXXXXX and died immediately. He is now with God.
