Brief Answer:
Unfortunately antibiotics will not help treat CIDP at all

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I am really sorry to hear about your diagnosis and suffering, I truly am.

Unfortunately sir, antibiotics are used to treat infections and CIDP (chronic inflammatort demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy) is not an infection and has no indication for antibiotic use at all.

Antibiotics are used based on the type of infection, location and severity. As there is no infection with CIDP, I am not sure I will be able to answer your question sir. But if at all an infection were to develop, based on its description antibiotixcs can be used, but they will serve no contributory purpose towards the treatment of CIDP directly.

I hope this helps sir. Please freel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
