Question: What test have to be taken for doctor to confirm pregnancy and what are the changes in body physiology and symptoms like pain .Do's and dont's to be followed during starting stage of pregnancy.

Just a simple urine pregnancy test kit will suffice as a pregnancy test.
Do it by adding 3-4 drops of early morning first void urine sample.
Usual common symptoms of pregnancy are nausea, poor apetite, early morning vomitings, breast tenderness/fullness, nipple erections, bloated abdomen and mood swings.
These symptoms in varying proportion and combinations are present in almost 80-90% of females and usually well tolerated and if severe easily manageable.
Avoid excessive tea/coffee, exertion, vigorous sexual activity, heavy weight lifting or excessive stairs.
Take good amount of water, fresh fruits, salads, nuts like almonds and walnuts and take high protein diet.
