Question: I want to test for all the Sexually Transmitted Diseases like Syphilis, Gonorrea, Chladymia etc. Please tell me which all test should I do.

Tests depend on symptoms.If you want to get STDs tests due to risk exposure,the following STDs tests can be done:
1. 4th generation tests for HIV1&2 antibodies.
2. RPR or VDRL for syphilis
3. HSV1 &2 antibodies IGM & IGG
4. HBSAg for hepatitis B
5. Hepatitis C
6. Urine culture and sensitvity
7. Smear examination if any discharge for gonorrhea
8. Antibodies for chlamydia and gonorrhea if needed.

1. 4th generation tests for HIV1&2 antibodies - Done, 0.08 and Elisa Method - Non Reactive
2. RPR or VDRL for syphilis - Non Reactive
3. HSV1 &2 antibodies IGM & IGG
4. HBSAg for hepatitis B - Non Reactive
5. Hepatitis C - Need to test
6. Urine culture and sensitvity - need to test
7. Smear examination if any discharge for gonorrhea - Can you please tell me the test name

It is good that the test results are negative.

Smear examination of discharge, is done if you have any urethral discharge or you have any throat Infection(Throat swab is taken). Otherwise you need not worry.
You can get IgG Antibodies tests for chlamydia and gonorrhea if suspected by your doctor . Otherwise not needed.
