Question: done my health checkup last week and met dentist over there. she told me that I have three cavities and I should get the fillings done. two down and one up .. please advise what types of cavity filings are there - what is advisable by you ?

You can go for materials like Glass Ionomer cement, Posterior composite resin as they have appropriate strength and will have tooth coloured so that they can be matching the tooth and will not appear unsighty..

You should get the fillings done soon as if left as it is the decay will keep progressing and damage the tooth..
