Brief Answer:
CoQ forte and Zinc supplementation will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I understand your concern.

You can possibly rejuvenate yourself with zinc, antioxidant and Coq supplementation. This will help you to gain good health.

I generally recommend my patients oral tablets of CoQ FORTE, Becozinc and Antoxid HC for 6 -12 months. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.

I also advise you to take good proteinaceous diet for weight gain.

Foods like apple, pomegranate, oatmeal, soy protein on a regular basis will improve weight.

Also, get the prescribed tests done and update with results for necessary changes if any.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Oral PPI's will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have drug(antibiotic) induced gastritis and dyspepsia.

This can be managed with a short course of drugs called PPI's(proton pump inhibitors).

I generally prescribed oral tablets of pantoprazole to my patients on an empty stomach for 21 days. This will resolve the symptoms. Please check with your doctor, if he shares my view and if can prescribe the same to you.

Withhold Revital for 1 month.

In case if symptoms do not improve after 20 days, you may need to go for upper GI endoscopy.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
