Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Losing body fat typically involves creating a calorie deficit through a balanced diet and regular exercise. Here's a sample north XXXXXXX diet plan that includes both rice and roti.

**Breakfast:**
- 1 serving of vegetable poha (flattened rice) cooked with mixed vegetables and spices.
- 1 glass of buttermilk or a low-fat yogurt smoothie with berries.

**Mid-Morning Snack:**
- A small bowl of mixed fruit salad.

**Lunch:**
- 1 serving of brown rice or roti (choose whole-grain options).
- 1 serving of lean protein (chicken, fish, tofu, or pulses).
- A generous portion of mixed vegetables cooked with minimal oil.
- A small bowl of dal (lentil soup) for vegetarians.

**Afternoon Snack:**
- A handful of almonds or walnuts.
- A cup of green tea.

**Evening Snack:**
- A fruit like an apple or a pear.

**Dinner:**
- 1 serving of brown rice or roti.
- Grilled or lightly cooked lean protein (chicken or fish) or tofu for vegetarians.
- A side of stir-fried or steamed vegetables.

**Before Bed:**
- A glass of warm low-fat milk or herbal tea.

Remember to control portion sizes, drink plenty of water throughout the day, and avoid excessive sugar and fried foods. Regular exercise, such as cardio and strength training, can also help you achieve your fat loss goals.
