Suggest Home Remedies For Burping And Burning Sensation In Stomach

Question: Hi,
I am facing regular gastric problem (past 7-8 months) especially once i have had outside food. It's stays on for 3-5 days before getting back to normal after taking some home remedy.
Symptoms : Regular Burp , Burning sensation in stomach

Would like to know if it's ok to continue with home remedies and Pudin XXXXXXX tablet.

The gastritis problem you are facing is for long time. If i were your treating doctor i would suggest you to have h. pylori regimen treatment. As these medication are prescribed drugs you should consult a local physician to get it prescribed. Along with this i will suggest you to have some dietary modifications like more fluids and less spicy foods, lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet, avoid citrus fruits , soft drinks, coffee, tea, alcohol and smoking.
