Brief Answer:
Rash rectal area

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You are bothered by a rash in the rectal area. This is caused by a couple of things. Mostly there can be bacterial overgrowth in this area. It is very important to clean yourself well after bowel movements. I would recommend using tucks pads or other witch XXXXXXX preparations to help kill off extra bacteria. This will also help the other problem which is excess moisture from sweating. The Witch XXXXXXX will help keep the area dry. You can also add talcum powder or other powder to help reduce sweating.

Another cause is fungus over growth. In that case I would still use the above preparation but instead of the talcum powder I recommend using an antifungal powder like lamisil or tinactin. these will help reduce any fungal growth and help heal the area.

I hope these suggestions help. If you have any additional questions please contact us again.
