Question: Hello, Thanks for your assistance. I had prostate surgery. I have incontinence problem due to the surgery. What kind of herbal treatment will help without side effects. I will be taking the herbs if it helps continuously

The incontinence that you have is known complication of Radical Prostatectomy and results from inevitable damage to Neurovascular bundle that controls Urethral Sphincter which maintains urinary continence mechanism .

Unfortunately there is no medicines or Herbal preparation that can help you to resolve the problem ..

Consult qualified Urologist and explore possibility and efficacy of surgery to implant Artificial Urethral Sphincter .This will help you to make you continent
