Brief Answer:
imiquimod and Fluorouracil

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is a skin cancer.

Treatments depends on cancer size, depth, and location of the lesion/cancer.
Definitive treatment with highest curative rates is with surgical removal ( Moh's Microsurgery ). Topical imiquimod and Fluorouracil are options that can be used in superficial basal cell carcinoma after consulting your doctor.

Neosporin has no role in treating Basal cell carcinoma.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
