Question: Dr. Lilit Baghdasaryan, i wrote about borderline high triglicerides . I purchased an over the counter med and started eating oatmeal 3 mornings a week and reduced my cereal to 2 days per week (Monday - Friday). On weekends may eat a peanut butter sandwich.
