Brief Answer:
Give all foods as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

Child at 14 months of age requires more nutritious food because of increase in height. Food should be rich in protein and fat.

Child should be given
- full cream milk around 200 ml two times a day
- 1 egg should be given
- 2 meals of rice, dal, oats, pulses should be given
- 1 meal of fruits mainly banana and apple

In addition to this give cheese, butter in diet.
If you are a non-vegetarian then non-veg food should also be given.

Don't start all things simultaneously. Keep patience.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Allow child to develop taste

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.

Many children are fussy eaters, some are more than other. Allow the child to develop taste, give same food for 6 to 7 days, this will help in developing taste and you will see that child will start eating.

For example, if you go to different country, you will also not like the taste of food initially but after 6 to 7 days, taste will be developed and you will also start eating things. Same thing occur in children also. There is no specific food, give child all the food that you eat.

A 14 month old child likes finger foods (foods that she can pick herself and eat) like avocado, cheese sticks, banana, nuts, sweet potato, cookies, pastries, etc. Foods that add calories to diet are cheese, butter, ghee, cream, etc and should be included in her diet.

Take care.
