Question: Hi Team ,

I am not sure which doctor would answer my question for this query .

I wanted to know " How to Fix Anterior Pelvic Tilt " . I have attached the pictures and looking for some physical exercise in order to straighten by back. I am having this since when I was 12 years old . My body physique is like that . I am trying to straighten it as much as I can .

Hi,

I have gone through your query.

First thing I want to clear you that since your have this problem since you are 12 year old, so its a bit difficult to correct all this.

But, with exercise and diet modification like having balanced diet etc and avoid smoke and drinking you can correct your problem which is mainly related to your posture.

For exercise you should do-

-Supine hip extension or pelvic lift.

-Front and side plank.

-Lunge stretch.

-Lower back stretch.

-Supine pelvic tilt.

My friend I want to clear you the point, that these exercises you can do only under observation of trainer and not by your own.

Either you may come to me(contact our health team for my address ) or visit some physical therapy center near by you because you cannot learn these exercises by reading my message or from book.
