Question: I delivered a baby 3 months ago I did unprotected sex day before sday I tried to get I pill in the shop but it is not available can you say some other alternative .It is urgent

If ipill is not available, you can take unwanted-72 or postinor 2.

If this not available, you can take 4 tablets of Mala-D at once followed by another 4 tablets of Mala-D, 12 hours later.

Exclusive breastfeeding leads to anovulatory cycles. So the chances of pregnancy are less.

But, taking emergency contraception pill (ipill or others) will ensure that there is no pregnancy.

Mala-D us freely available in government hospitals also.

It would be a good idea to go for testing of pregnancy.
I would suggest you to go for blood beta HcG levels as it is a more confirmatory method than home pregnancy test.
