Brief Answer:
Yes touchwood it is fine for now, but please do not continue this practise

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Tylenol Pm contains 500 mg of acetaminophen and 25mg of diphenhydramine; the daily acceptable maximum dosage of acetaminophen is 4,000 mgs (within 24 hours), and by taking 20 tablets you are consuming 10,000 msg of acetaminophen which can seriously cause some major damage to your liver.

You are lucky that there has been no serious impact on your liver so far, but please do not continue this practise any longer just because you do not see any abnormalities in your liver function. If you have been struggling to sleep, speak to a psychiatrist and get help with your insomnia.

Trust me, once your liver start deteriorating your quality of life will reduce so much that sleep will be the least of your worries. Not only will your daily functioning become a real task, but sleep will be out of the question not just because you cannot but because of pain, and numerous other symptoms. Please do understand and avoid this completely.

From 20 tablets, you will only start taking more and more until they become completely ineffective. I really hope and pray you consider other options.

Best wishes.
