Question: I am 52 years Old .I am suffering from sway & tremor & for more than 20 years. Since 7 months ago my doctor put me on Inderal 10 mg twice and Prodep 20 mg in the night. Some time I feel Prodep 20 mg causing sway and restlessness. I do not come to a conclusion whether i should taper the strength and take only 10mg. I am not suffering from any other disease.

Brief Answer:
Prodep may be reduced or stopped.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and current medications.

Inderal is a good medicine for tremors and the dose may be increased, if needed, to reduce the tremors.

Prodep is used for treating depression and may not be needed in your case. In that situation, the dose of Prodep may be tapered and stopped.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
