Brief Answer:
You can reduce dosage or switch over to single drug

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome to health care magic, I really appreciate your concern.
you need to reduce the dosage of olmezest 40 H, here I would like further information to guide you better
How much was blood pressure when you started taking this tablets?
Since how long you are taking it
if possible upload me blood reports of lipid profile and kidney function test

BP 110/70 is within normal range, indeed it's a good control, however if you are following certain life style modifications like low salt and low fat diet and regular exercise and relaxation exercise which has additive effects to the drugs you are taking

So in my opinion you should reduce its doses or switch over to single drug either olmesartan or hydrochlorthiazide (olmezest contain both these drugs)
Serial BP recording is required during these changes

Please write back to me with your reports and relevant informations, I have asked for, so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
Need to reduces doses of olmezest or switch over to olmesartan alone

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again and thanks for the details
Since you are physically active and if you don't have family history of high BP than I would advise you to either reduce the doses of olmezest 40H or switch over to olmesartan alone after consulting your doctor with serial BP recording.
Atchol10 contains Atorvastatin which is a lipid lowering drug, which will help you in reducing cholesterol and triglycerides if you have dyslipidaemia.

Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
