Suggest Dosage For Meftal-P And Ibuprofen

Question: My daughters weight is 37.1Kgs. 11 yrs 3 months old running 102 fever since morning. Gave her crocin in the morning. fever came down to 100.5 not less than that. started rising again. when it touched 101 again I gave her crocin again. However as i see i dont think crocin is going to be effective. As a child i used to give her meftal-p thinking of giving the same. Pls advice on dosage.

For fever give paracetamol 500 mg.If fever is not responding to paracetamol give meftal p 250 mg(it can be given 8 hrly/3 times a day) or ibuprofen 400 mg tablet(it can also be given 3 times a day).
Do tepid sponging.
Consult a physician to look for the cause of fever so that it can be managed well.
