Brief Answer:
Complete the course of Gramogyl. Dose of Darolac Z proper

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

The dose of Darolac-Z for your 2.5 year old child should be one XXXXXXX twice daily for a 5-7 days. Most often such fevers and loose motions are due to viral cause and Gramogyl is not likely to be effective. However, since you have begun the couse, you should complete the 5 day course (even if the problems are no longer there) in order to avoid development of resistance.

Be sure to give ORS (oral rehydration solution) to replenish for the salts and water lost.

Brief Answer:
Dose proper

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
The doses are proper.
No relationship between the two medicines and doses can be given independently of each other.
No minimum gap.
Any regular food except for milk can be given. Give milk after a week.
She can be given orange and lemon salt water.
You need not bother about the colour of stool. It would soon be OK.

Brief Answer:
Give the doses 12 hours apart.

Detailed Answer:
The interval between two doses of gramogyl is 12 hours. Same for Darolac Z. These two can be given together.
Lemon salt water can be a home substitute for ORS and can be given.

today she passed stool twice in morning and once in evening. in evening stool blood traces are seen. today we gave 6th dose of the medicines. is blood in stool is normal or a signal to worry. you had suggested to give the two medicines till 5 days. shall we keep on giving her the same medicines till 5 days. as compared to yesterday today frequency of stool was less. yesterday it was around 7-8 times while today it is third time. one more thing before passing stool she complains for stomach pain. plz help us. whether we can give her biscuits and chocolates?

Brief Answer:
Blood in stool is a cause of concern

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. The blood traces in stool worry me. It is not normal and is a cause to be concerned about. Firstly I would insist you to get a stool microscropy done. It is likely that she needs treatment with antibiotics like ofloxacin.

Abdominal pain can be present. Giving antispasmodics should provide relief.

Stool frequency too can continue for a few more days. All you need to do is to give ORS to replenish for the salt and water lost.

I would insist you to avoid chocolates and milk as of now. Biscuits may be given.
