Hello Sir!

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

Omega three is present in fruits such as berries which includes raspberry, bluberry, guavas, cantaloupe. You should take such fruits atleast thrice a week.

Eating omega 3 rich fish atleast twice a week with a serving size of 100-150 gm would reach the requirement.More you increase the frequency more it helps.

Plant-based omega-3 is found in canola oil and margarines, nuts and seeds
(particularly walnuts), flaxseeds (linseeds), hemp oil, soybeans and dark
green vegetables.

lean meat of grass fed animal thrice a week helps to reach the required omega 3 requirement.

Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.

Hello Sir!

Welcome back!

Though it is difficult to mention each type of food with its exact amount of omega3 in each 100 gm serving,I would definitely provide you a approx idea of it.

Highest omega 3 rich food of 100 mg contains a approximately 0.7-1.8 grams of omega three. This varies with all fruits, meat and fish.
