Brief Answer:
Please forgive me if I seem a little harsh, just worried about you

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again Mr. XXXXXXX

If your symptoms are back, it would most probably be because you ate or drank something to trigger or irritate your bowels once again. I would be more than happy to provide you with that list once again, but please make sure you follow it religiously because I remember from one of our previous discussions that you were waiting to get back on coffee, and I had told you then and I would like to tell you again that it is unacceptable.

The list of items that should be avoided at any cost are:

+Caffeine
+Popcorn
+Tea
+Spicy food
+Carbonate drinks
+Oily food
+Mannitol (present in many drinks)
+Sorbitol (present in many foods and drinks)
+Fried food
+Taurine (present in some foods and drinks)
+Fatty food
+Chocolate
+Milk and other dairy products
+Gluten and all products containing it
+Some vegetables (e.g. broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, sprouts, chillies, bell peppers, etc.)
+Some fruits (e.g. pears, watermelon, apples, etc.) especially those that contain skin and are eaten as is
+Avoid large meals
+Avoid stress
+Avoid processed foods (e.g. chips)
+And also other items that could be individual-specific

I hope this helps, and please do try harder sir, I can understand that you must find life in food, but we must find life in life and not in food in order to have good quality and quantity of life sir.

My best wishes.
