Brief Answer:
Whatever she likes

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
In first trimester of pregnancy, one should eat whatever one likes, as there is slight nausea and vomiting initially.
She should preferably take diet high in protein like sprouts, pulses, groundnuts, milk and milk products, eggs and meat (if non vegetarian). She should avoid eating outside and avoid spicy food.
She should avoid stress.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
