Question: Hi..I am 30 years old.. height 5'6''.. weight 53 kg
I want to increase my weight.. could you please provide me a diet chart for weight gain.. Thanks

For weight gain, you should have high protein diet.
In high protein, you should take the diet as advised:
7 AM- 2 egg white and one glass milk
9 AM- 2 chapati and one Cup sprouts
11AM- dry fruits- handful
1PM- meal including 2 chapati, dal, fruits, curd, and vegetables
3PM- one fruit
5PM- protein milk shake
8 PM- Dinner
