Brief Answer:
Need to change to twice a day insulin.

Detailed Answer:
Dear ma'm, your blood sugars are high specially post meal. you are on lantus and glynase MF. you need to switch to twice a day insulin and stop lantus. you can take premix analog aspart 30 and dose can be adjusted once you tell me your weight and your present dose of lantus. stop glynase MF as well and you may start DPP4 inhibitor and metformin combination.
diet principles are simple . 1. small frequent meals. 2. no sugar, jaggery 3. nothing fried. no juices cold drinks. 4. more fibres, green vegetables.
tell me your location so i can suggest some name if you want to see a doctor. regards!

Brief Answer:
you may add DPP4.

Detailed Answer:
dear ma'm, Hi! if you do not want insulin twice, you can change the prescription as i suggest you. you may change glynase MF to glimeperide plus metformin combination and add DPP4 inhibitor eg sitagliptine 100mg and continue lantus. diet counselling is more or less i already told you.
1. small frequent meals. every 3 hours you must eat something
2. eat on time , do not skip meals
3. avoid high carb food as rice, potato, sweet potato
4. avoid fried food
5. avoid sweets, sugar, jaggery
6. avoid juices, cold drinks
7. take lot of water, 8 glasses a day.
8. take rich fiber diet. eg green vegetables, fruits like papaya, apple, orange, guava, water melon.
9. avoid fruits like grapes and chiku.
regards!

Thanks a lot madam, I'm so gratefule to you as Im suffering a lot, fighting with daibetes. I take novarapid also during breakfast but what happens is sugar gets low after2-3 hrs and after taking lunch my PP nomrally comes across 200-250( from glucometer the difference is 40 unit more, so by lab it may be around 160-200. always feeling elthargic and becoming very much thinner, looks like scalaton.

Requested to pl provide me proper all medicines , I'll do as accordingly and will provide you the results.

Should I take sitagliptine 100 mg during BF once a day or twice , apart form this I'm taking few multivitamins also.

Brief Answer:
regulate diet and dose

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX hi! regulate your meal timings, if you are eating every 3 hrly sugars will not go low, if you are eating small meals sugars will not go high. if you are on novorapid once and lantus at night, then you can take novorapid with lunch as well. still i do not understand if you are on two insulins a day, why not change to premix, like novomix 30, or humalog 25. yes you can add XXXXXXX 100mg once a day.
i feel you may request this portal for a TELE CONSULTATION with me. probably i can talk to you and explain better. regards!

Meanwhile Doc suggested novarapid during lunch and breakfast and novamix during dinner but due to this my fasting became 250 and PP became bery low, just reverse, so I stop using the same.
