c.     Salt restriction - if there is fluid and sodium overload and in presence of hypertension.
d.     Dietary protein restriction.
e.     To avoid diet containing potassium (coconut water, fruits and fruit juices)

A sample diet is as follows:

Vegetable curry
Egg-1/cottage cheese-35 G

Mid-morning(10-00 AM) 3.2 G
Milk-100 ml
Halwa/kheer/upma

Lunch 14.4 G
Cooked rice-02 cups
or
03 Rotis

This is not individualized diet.

A dietitian needs to be consulted for that purpose.
