Question: Hi doctor..I am 29 old .. having 22 Months baby..want to know about diet chart and simple steps of some exercise to reduce tummy..

I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

Your son its at the age now that may start eating cooked food at home the same as other members of the family eat it. Of course, avoid too much sweets and adding extra sugar. He can eat every fruits and vegetable. Don't give him sodas.
You can check how is he growing by recording his weight and length in the growth charts that you can find online at the WHO page (world health organisation).


About reducing tummy exercises- walking a lot (more then 30 min/day, fast pace, for more then 5 times/week) will give your body a better shape.
Drink more then 2 liters of water per day, and lots of fruits and vegetables will help boost your metabolism.
What I recommend my patients these apps when they need calorie counter and exercise advises:
-- My fitness Pal- to count and control your daily calories
-- 30 day fitness challenge- it has exercises for every part of the body that you want to work on and also videos to demonstrate how to perform them.
