Question: I have open heart surg, a year ago. I didn't start to do any charges. I am ready to start to charge my diet excised can u help me to start,

You have not mentioned what was the indication for heart surgery. I assume it was for coronary artery disease. In that case you should be on a strict regime of diet and exercise. Calories and fat should be restricted in diet. Increase fibers, fruits and vegetables.

Consult an exercise specialist and start with mild cardio and increase as tolerated.

Be sure to check sugar, cholesterol and triglycerides regularly and keep them under control. Blood pressure should be within 120/80.

Regular aspirin should be taken.
