As far as your allergy to penicillin and clindamycine is concerned, you can take other substitutes like either erythromycin and metronidazole combination or ciprofloxacin and tinidazole combination. Which is as effective as penicillin and clindamycin in abscess secondary to tooth infection. Before taking these drugs consult a oral physician and take a prescription and later you can take the above said drugs.
