Brief Answer:
DASH diet- dietary approaches to stop hypertension

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There is a specific diet plan for high blood pressure, it is called the DASH diet - this stands for dietary approaches to stop hypertension

It is used with other lifestyle changes (exercise) or in combination with medication.

The details and meal plans of the DASH diet are available online but in general it consists of : (a)low salt diet,
(b) reduced alcohol intake,
(c) increase potassium/calcium/magnesium,
(d) low fat foods,
(e)more fruits/vegetables/whole grain,
(f)decrease sodas/fruit juices

It is understandable to be wary about using any medications and to want to try natural means of blood pressure control but if the lifestyle measures are not enough it would be best to use the meds because you are young and there is the risk of stroke or heart attack or heart failure.
Remember high blood pressure is silent, I have seen patients with readings of 200/100 with no symptoms what so ever but with damage that cannot be reversed.

This damage , however can be prevented.

If you can get normal blood pressure readings with diet and exercise, this would be really great.
But if it is difficult, then you may want to consider using the medication to avoid any high blood irreversible complications.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
