As far as the antibiotic mouth wash is concerned, there are mouth washes containing tetracycline and even clindamycin. But these topical or mouth washes are prescribed for mild gum infection not for preventing infection systemically.

Since you are telling you have undergone extraction, you should take a course of antibiotics for at least 3-5days. If you are worried about the adverse effects of clindamycin, then you can go for other antibiotics like penicillin and metronidazole(if you are not allergic).

Do not delay to start the antibiotics when it is prescribed following some dental procedure.
