Suggest An Alternative Medication To Tylenol

Question: U have been taking Tylenlol family of drugs but they are not effiective any longer. i've recently had total knee replacement and have been prescribe 30mg of morphine - which I must stop taking soon. I an allergic to NSAIDS - what can I use an effective replacement for the Tylenol 3's and other tylenol drugs?
