Brief Answer:
Botulinum toxin/NIMS XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

Once your CBD is not responding well to Syndopa plus and other Dopaminergic drugs like Rasalect, next line of management is primarily symptoms based.

You have severe dystonia, which will respond best to Botulinum toxin. Please discuss with your neurologist to consider you for Botox therapy.
At the same time, analgesics can be taken to relieve pain.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some follow up questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
